Resume of Mission:  Results were believed to have been excellent.  Of the 119 each Mk 25 and 84 each Mk 26-36 released in the primary fields, 195 were believed to be effective.  4 A/C were non-effective.  Flak was heavy, meager, and inaccurate.  Only 1 E/A was sighted.  Two B-29’s landed at Iwo Jima.  Average Mine Load:  13,179 lbs.  Average Fuel Reserve:  770 gallons.
